Best AI visibility tools for real estate agents (2026)
Best AI visibility tools for real estate agents, compared by the prices on each vendor’s own page. This is a fit guide for a solo agent versus a brand team, not a scored ranking.
What is an AI visibility tool for a real estate agent
Best AI visibility tools for real estate agents are products that ask assistant-style questions and show you whether a name came back. Some are built as ongoing brand monitors with a monthly prompt budget. The realtor report on Does AI Pick Me is a one-time check of a named agent in a city, across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. “Best” in this article means the published offer that matches the job you actually have. It is not a trophy and not a performance ranking. We did not run these tools against each other.
How we know: Does AI Pick Me runs real scans that ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini local buyer questions. The score is the average of the answers that came back. If an assistant does not answer, that question is left out of the average and is not counted as a miss. A scan is not a ranking, and it does not place your name in any assistant. Does AI Pick Me is not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, or Perplexity.
Prices we could read on the vendor’s page
The table is limited to starting prices we opened ourselves. Semrush, Ahrefs, and Profound are left out because this pass did not confirm a current dollar amount on their own pricing pages. A third-party comparison is not a source we are willing to quote. Perplexity’s consumer pricing page did not load during this check, so those subscription dollars are left out too.
| Product | Published starting price | What that price is for |
|---|---|---|
| Does AI Pick Me realtor check | $0 | Whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini name you on buyer questions that do not include your name |
| Does AI Pick Me realtor report | $49 once | The answers, who was named instead, a question that uses your name, and 10 fixes with steps |
| OtterlyAI Lite | $29 per month | 15 search prompts, tracked daily on ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot |
| Peec AI Starter | $95 per month | 50 prompts, 3 active models, tracked daily. The page is titled for brands |
| Scrunch Core | $250 per month | 125 unique prompts, 5,000 responses a month, on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Copilot |
What those plans say they include
The descriptions below are the vendors’ own plan limits. They are not a review, a star rating, or a claim that one product finds more agents than another. We did not create accounts to re-test their prompt counts.
- OtterlyAI’s base four engines are not Gemini. Lite, Standard, and Premium list ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot. The same page sells Google Gemini as an add-on: $9 per month on Lite, $59 per month on Standard, and $149 per month on Premium. An agent who cares about Gemini should read that line before comparing the $29 sticker to a product that already includes Gemini.
- Peec Starter lets you run 3 models, not every logo on the page. The Starter column lists ChatGPT, AI Mode, AI Overviews, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and Naver AI, with 3 active models. Perplexity appears on the Enterprise column of the table we read, not on the Starter list. Do not assume Starter includes Perplexity.
- Scrunch Core is a team plan with a prompt cap. The page lists 1 brand workspace, 5 user licenses, 5 competitors, and 1 country on Core. Gemini is not in the Core model list. The Enterprise list adds Gemini, Claude, Meta AI, Google AI Mode, and Grok, at a custom price.
- The Does AI Pick Me realtor report is narrow on purpose. It asks a fixed set of buyer and name questions for one agent. The free check is 3 questions. The report uses 7. It is not a daily tracker, and it does not sell extra prompts. The $49 report is the paid step. You still have to delete anything on your site that is not true.
What a realtor actually needs to see
An agent’s question is local and personal. “Best real estate agent in Redlands” is not a national brand query. A tool built to watch a software company’s name across countries can still be the right buy for a brokerage marketing team. It is a clumsy buy if all you needed was one afternoon of buyer questions about your own name.
- Look for your name, not your brokerage only. Buyers ask for a person. A report that only tracks the brokerage brand can look healthy while every individual agent is absent. Our agent check scores the person.
- Keep ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini in the same run. A tool that omits one of them is answering a smaller question. Otterly Lite omits Gemini unless you buy the add-on. Scrunch Core omits Gemini. Peec Starter includes Gemini in the model list but caps you at 3 active models. The realtor report includes all three.
- Separate discovery from “say my name.” The free check does not put your name in the question. The report adds “[Your name] realtor reviews” and “is [Your name] a good real estate agent in [city]?” A monitor that only tracks branded prompts will not show you the shortlist a stranger sees.
- Ignore customer counts on the pricing page. Some of these pages mention how many brands use the product, or a percentage lift. This article does not repeat those lines. They are the vendor’s marketing, and we did not audit them.
A consumer subscription is not a visibility tool
Paying for your own chatbot does not list you in other people’s answers. OpenAI’s help center describes ChatGPT Plus as enhanced access to the ChatGPT app for $20 a month, billed monthly, with no annual plan. That is a subscription for the person asking questions. It is not an advertising product for an agent. Google’s AI plans page lists Google AI Pro, which includes expanded Gemini access, at $19.99 a month. That is also a consumer plan. Use it if you want to ask Gemini more often. Do not confuse it with a report about whether Gemini names you.
- Ask the buyer question while logged out of your own brand. A thread full of your bio will talk about you because you pasted the bio. That is not the test. The test is a fresh question that does not contain your name.
- Save the answer, including the names. A tool is useful when it keeps that log. A chat you cannot find next month is a weak log. The paid report shows the answer excerpts saved from that run.
- Portal ads are a third budget. Zillow Premier Agent is advertising, priced by Zillow as a cost per connection, not as software. It is covered in a separate article so it is not pretended to be the same purchase as a $49 report.
What we did not rank
There is no column for “accuracy,” “ease,” or “ROI” in the table. We do not have a shared test of Otterly, Peec, and Scrunch on the same agent. Inventing a winner would be a competitor claim we cannot verify. The fit guide below is about budget shape and whether Gemini is included, which is what the pricing pages actually say.
Which fits you
- You are a solo agent and you want this month’s answer. Start with the free check. If you want the written answers and the 10 fixes, the report is $49 once. There is no subscription and no second paid tier.
- You are a brand team tracking many prompts every day. Read Otterly, Peec, and Scrunch against the prompt count and the model list, not against our $49. A $29 plan that excludes Gemini is a different product from a $95 plan that lets you pick Gemini as one of three models.
- You already pay for a monitor and you still do not know if your name appears. Export one unbranded city question from that tool, or run the free agent check. Confirm the question does not contain your name. Then compare the names.
- You wanted a leaderboard. We are not publishing one. Prices and included models are facts from the pages. Quality rankings are not, until someone runs the same prompts and shows the replies.
FAQ
What is the cheapest way to see if AI names me?
The realtor check on Does AI Pick Me is free and asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini buyer questions that do not include your name. You pay $49 only if you want the report. That is a one-time price, not a monthly minimum.
Does OtterlyAI Lite include Gemini?
Not in the base plan we read. Lite tracks ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot, and Otterly lists a Google Gemini add-on at $9 per month on Lite. Confirm the current add-on on the Otterly pricing page before you buy, because that page can change.
Why are some famous SEO suites missing from the table?
Their dollar amounts were not confirmed on the vendor’s own pricing page in this pass. A blog that reprints another site’s comparison would be repeating a number we did not see. If you use Semrush, Ahrefs, or another suite, read that vendor’s current page and write the price down yourself.
Will any of these tools get ChatGPT to recommend me?
No tool in this article can promise that, and Does AI Pick Me states on the realtor page that there is no guaranteed placement. The other products describe monitoring and what to change, which may affect a later answer. A mention is not something you can order.
